RDI’s footprint in Zambia is in 8 provinces (Central, Lusaka, Copperbelt, North-western, Luapula, Northern, Eastern and Southern), and covering the oil seeds and dairy value chains. Eastern and Southern provinces currently have the highest concentration of projects. The portfolio stands at 21 agro-based projects, 5 off-grid energy and 4 youth-led. The portfolio has a total obligated funding of over USD4M.
What we do
Rural Development Innovations is a consulting firm offering technical support to farmers’ cooperatives, associations, and various community-based organizations. It is a local technical partner for the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), which improves lives in poor and vulnerable communities in Africa.
