Rural Development Innovations Limited (RDI) is a Zambian consulting firm offering technical support services to Micro Small and Medium Size Enterprises (MSMEs) which include farmers’ cooperatives, associations, women and youth led enterprises, as well as program/project management services to development partners.
RDI was established in the year 2017 with the objective of providing high quality innovative business development services to MSMEs in a diversified commercially viable manner. The company is led by a team of qualified Zambian nationals with expertise in different fields. RDI offers clients broad expertise in financial management, enterprise development, organizational capacity development, strategy development & implementation, project management, marketing and market access development.
We offer a wide-range of consulting services in the areas of business leadership development, team building, organizational review, business and strategic planning, finance and management training and business operations.
